We are a registered business and can provide invoices for any checks or money paid, feel free to request that if you have purchased our services. License number is available upon request as well.

Current payment methods are checks, cash and PayPal.

Discounts and special offers are available when purchasing multiple website design or other services.

We pay for refferals, depending on the type of service the person you reffered got and how much money they payed.

Please be careful who you give your email address to, and avoid posting it in public websites, this will help prevent spam and other unwanted messages in your inbox, once spam starts going in your inbox it is very hard to prevent it.

If you have passed your e-mail box size limit and need it raised, or need additional email addresses for new company members, feel free to contact us about this matter and usually we will make the change to your account for no extra cost.

We are always thankful if you will refer someone to us, and we will remember it and in return will offer discounts on future services you might purchase from us in the future.

- Disclaimer & Warranty

New Level Designs will never give any of our client's personal information without client's permission. We are not responsible for any content or possible copyright violations on our client's website(s), the content is provided by the client and so the client holds the responsibility, not us (NLD). Similarly we are not responsible for any dynamic content or content that is submitted automatically by users or online services.
With websites where dynamic or personal information stored and our email service we try our best to keep these services secure and out from reach of malicious users, however just like all other businesses in this industry we cannot guarantee our service from hack attempts, please try not to send any personal sensitive information such as credit card numbers through our services for your protection. Again it is in our interest to keep our services secure and perform daily back-ups of all data, however we are not responsible for any data breach or loss.
We will not sell your designs or templates, however we might re-use parts of the images or codes in our other projects, just like we might use parts from our previous projects on your website, but we will make sure the designs are original and don't look much alike, for example the logos will never be the same, but the layout might be slightly similar.
We will not provide FTP access to our clients or anyone else, only NLD designers will have that priveledge, this is to preserve quality and consistancy.
The websites content is shared property between us and the client - which include HTML/CSS and images, the client may request those files at any time. However the source files such as PHP/MySQL, Photoshop, and Flash are property of New Level Designs and we will not be providing those to the client, unless purchased for an additional agreed price.
New Level Designs reserves all rights. This document may be changed without notice, it is your responsibility to read it.
